Due to increased stream flows, I Tom De La Salle, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue a Surety 7 Flood Take for the Clyde River.
Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 7 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.
This notice takes effect from 10:00 Saturday, 20 July 2024 and will remain in force until Clyde River as measured at the Bothwell gauging station falls below 86ML/d.
