Water Notice - Ringarooma River and Tributaries

Due to reduced stream flows, I Bhargav Patel, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, revoke the current Opportunistic Take for the Ringarooma River.

Water may continue to be taken by licensees under Surety 5 & 6 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from 10 AM Thursday, 25 July 2024.
