Water Notice - St Pauls River and Tributaries.

Due to increased stream flows, I Bhargav Patel, pursuant to my delegated powers under section 10(1) of the Water Management Act 1999, issue a Surety 8 Flood Take for the St Pauls River.

Water may now be taken by licensees under Surety 8 allocations for irrigation purposes or into storage for irrigation purposes.

This notice takes effect from Midday Monday, 22 July 2024 and will remain in force until 12 Midday Friday, 26 July 2024 or the St Pauls River as measured at the Avoca gauging station falls below 40ML/d.
